Uzbekistan and Bangladesh are going to resume direct flights once again, the Financial Express said.
Reportedly, to this end, the Bangladesh cabinet approved a draft bilateral agreement during its meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair on Monday, Cabinet Secretary Mahbub Hossain told a press conference at the Secretariat.
Based on this agreement, direct flights between Uzbekistan and Bangladesh would resume. Previously, both the countries had direct flights from 1993 to 2005, he noted.
