13-year-old boy stabbed a relative, who died as a result in Gulistan city (Syrdarya province). the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office said.
According to the investigation’s findings, on October 18, when the boy was walking through an abandoned place, his 23-year-old distant relative called out to him. He asked the boy to kill him with a knife, but when he refused, he began to intimidate the child. As a result, the boy stabbed him.
The Prosecutor General's Office clarified that the man was registered at a mental health clinic with a diagnosis of "episodic paranoid schizophrenia".
A criminal case has been launched under Intentional murder of a person who was obviously in a helpless state for the perpetrator, with preliminary investigation underway.
