An explosion occurred at Navoi Azot in Navoi city, the press service of the Fire Department said. Reportedly, today, March 11, at 14:10, a gas-air mixture flashed in the laboratory of workshop 25 of the plant causing a fire.
10 fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene of the incident. The chiefs of provincial Fire Department, the police department, the State Fire Service, and the prosecutor's office arrived at the scene.
UPD: The fire has been extinguished. 1 man died and 11 were injured in the fire. The injured are currently receiving medical assistance.
