The president Mirziyoyev signed a decree paving the way for monitoring the business travels of Uzbek civil servants through a unified electronic system.
From October 1, 2025, the recording and analysis of foreign and domestic business travels of officials will be conducted through the unified Xizmat Safari module as part of the electronic system "hrm.argos.uz". At the same time, it will be possible to online monitor plans and outcomes of business travels, geography, number of employees and expenses.
The authorities plan to monitor the direct, intermediate and final impact of business travels on the effectiveness of a particular government agency. Civil servants will also submit reports on the results of each business travel, on the basis of which the authorities will evaluate its effectiveness.
