As part of the new anti-corruption model in Uzbekistan, a special anti-corruption cluster will be formed, uniting the Anti-Corruption Agency, law enforcement agencies, the Accounts Chamber, internal control services, and a number of scientific institutes.

This new format is intended to become a center for joint inspections, violation analysis, and the prompt exchange of information between agencies.

A separate focus will be the creation of a Risk Analysis Center. A system based on artificial intelligence algorithms will automatically identify affiliations in public procurement, identify potential corruption threats, and generate recommendations for preventing violations.

The government has been instructed to fully digitalize the work of compliance departments, implement modern risk analytics tools, and expand the practice of remote monitoring within agencies.

At the same time, it is planned to establish project offices that will study the causes of corruption and bureaucratic barriers in areas with the highest number of citizen complaints.

The President also emphasized the importance of public participation in public oversight of construction, investment projects, and government spending. In addition, it was proposed to establish a special badge "For Contribution to the Fight against Corruption" to reward the most active citizens and specialists.
