On February 22, a traffic accident occurred in Kanimekh district of Navoiy province, killing four people, the Milliy TV’s program reported in a story.
Reportedly, one of the deceased was a young man, 23,. His friend posted a video in memory of his friend on Instagram.
According to him, the accident was caused by a violation of traffic rules. The Navoiy Province Police Department reported that two people died at the scene, and two more died in the hospital.
The Deputy chief of Road Safety Service of the Public Security Department the Colonel Murodbek Sheraliev focused on analysis of the causes of road accidents.
He noted that such incidents should prompt greater vigilance, and that members of the public should actively participate in preventing violations and accidents and stated that outreach efforts in this area should begin primarily with families.
