Protection of private property rights may be carried out in a number of ways, the Legal Information channel said, namely:
- recognition of private property rights;
- restoring the state before the violation of private property rights and preventing actions that violate or threaten to violate private property rights;
- recognition agreement invalid and applying the consequences of invalidity;
- invalidating the document of the state body and other body or citizens' self-government body;
- protection of private property rights by owner himself;
- enforce the obligation to be performed in kind;
- compensation for damages;
- collection of forfeit;
- compensation for moral damage;
- ensuring legal stability in the regulation of private property right relations;
- non applying by court the document of the state body and other body or citizen's self-governing body, which is contrary to the law;
- state registration of the creation, change and cancellation of private property rights to certain types of property.
