In this case, applicant shall fill out the information about himself, the questionnaire of a foreign citizen. Then, he submits the attached documents and makes the payment.
The service will be provided within 15 days. When applyinh through my.gov.uz, there is fee of 270,000 soums (with a 10 percent discount).
