On instruction by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, an Uzbekistan delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Ulugbek Rozikulov will arrive in Dushanbe next week.
The delegation, which will include about 17 government officials and about 40 business executives, will arrive in the Tajik capital on June 20 in an intent to intensify Tajik-Uzbek ties in the economic and financial spheres, a source in the Tajik government said.
In a two day visit, representatives of the two countries will consider the current state and prospects of bilateral relations.
The delegation of Tajikistan will be headed by the first vice-premier Davlatali Said. On June 21 in Dushanbe will be held a business forum of the two states.
