Uzbekistan-Vietnam business forum and B2B format meetings took place on March 19 with the participation of business leaders of the two countries as part of the Uzbekistan government delegation’s visit on March 18-20, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry said.
The parties discussed the current issues of bilateral trade-economic and investment cooperation, as well as measures to develop industrial cooperation within the framework of the forum.
A number of agreements were reached between the business leaders of the two countries.
Cooperation agreement was reportedly signed between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam on the opening of a joint trade house of Uzbekistan-Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City.
