In line with the January 1, 2025 presidential decree, activities of business entities could be checked by means of notifying the Business Ombudsman through registration in the Single State Oversight information system.
Meanwhile, in cases where a business entity being inspected is not identified, and to act swiftly to prevent or eliminate the risk of harm to the life and health of the public, public safety, national interests or the environment, the Business Ombudsman may be notified within 24 hours after the start of check through Single State Oversight information system.
Reportedly, the Business Ombudsman shall not approve a check but shall monitor their legality.
