Uzbekneftegaz is working to add the company's shares in the exchange quotation list of the Toshkent Stock Exchange, the company said in a statement.
Today the company’s 24,312,673 preferred shares are in free float. Currently, the sale of these shares are carried out on the trading floor of the organizer of OTC trades ELSIS-SAVDO.
In H1 of this year, the price for the company’s one preferred share ranged from 720 to 3,000 soums with a par value of 500 soums, which shows the attractiveness of the shares in the market, the company noted.
"The adding of shares in the stock exchange quotation list will contribute to the expansion of the investor base and the possibility of increasing the liquidity of shares, and also increases confidence in the shares," the statement says.
