From now on, the cancellation of mayors’ decisions on allocation of land and property will be carried out only in court. This became known during an open dialogue between the president and business leaders.
“Taking this opportunity, I want to draw the attention of all governors and mayors to the fact that they will no longer be to cancel decisions on property rights,” Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized.
Now the title document can be voided only by the court.
Another practice that causes inconvenience to businesses is the seizure of property in the course of an investigation. For example, over the past three years, investigators have seized property worth twice the amount of damage found (1.5 trillion soums).
From now on, the validity of each case of arrest will be considered by the court, the ruling will be made only by courts.
“I think that only then will there be justice,” the head of state said.
