Truck crane fell into a pit where repair work was being carried out in the Chilanzar district of Tashkent on Tuesday. The Committee on Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety issued an official statement on the situation.
Reportedly, due to carelessness of the driver, the truck crane went close to the pit where the repair works are being carried out.
As a result, the truck crane fell into pit on one side due to sliding on its own weight and the crushing of the asphalt layer below.
The crane driver and the workers carrying out the repair works in the area were not injured.
