On July 8, it was reported that a 25-year-old driver hit a ten-year old girl at an unregulated pedestrian crossing on Uzbekistan street in Andijan. The Health Department of Andijan province updated about the girl's condition.
Reportedly, she was taken to the Andijan City Emergency Medical Hospital, where the necessary checks examinations were immediately appointed. She was diagnosed with a closed brain injury, a concussion, and a closed fracture and displacement of the left vertebral bone. The board added that the general condition of the patient was satisfactory.
"Necessary procedures were performed and a plaster bandage was placed on the left shoulder girdle. To continue the treatment, the patient was admitted to the children's neurotraumatology department," said Muzaffalsho Muhammadiev, an official of the department.
