The Uzbek Embassy in Israel has recommended its citizens to refrain from visiting certain areas "due to the current security situation" in the country.
"If possible, avoid large gatherings of people and limit visits to public places," the statement said.
It also recommended to always carry ID documents and contact information for the Uzbek Embassy. "In emergency situations, this will help to get help faster," the embassy noted.
Uzbeks are also advised to keep up with the latest news and official announcements from the Israeli authorities and the embassy. In addition, it is worth subscribing to notifications and alerts from the Home Front Command through mobile app or website.
