Officials of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan held talks with Elena Permyakova, chief of the sales department of the Russian Monetka grocery store chain.
The parties discussed the ways to discuss increasing the export of fruits, vegetables and textile products grown in our country at the retail outlets of the Monetka chain, as well as further expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation between the provinces of Uzbekistan and Russia.
Elena Permyakova said that the Monetka chain offers its customers the necessary goods and food items. In order to provide the chain of stores with high-quality goods, the enterprise operates seven distribution centers. 50 tons of onions, 20 tons of grapes, 20 tons of dates, about 100 tons of potatoes and other products are sold daily.
We are interested in selling Uzbek fruits, vegetables, textile and other products at the retail outlets of the Monetka chain. Our company is looking forward to entering into long-term contracts with Uzbek suppliers, she said.
