Deputy Foreign Minister Olim Abdullaev hosted the Charge d'Affaires of Kuwait, Khalid al-Mutairat. According to the Foreign Ministry, the parties discussed external labor migration, simplification of the visa procedure, and the organization of future bilateral and multilateral meetings at the highest level.
The parties agreed to form a Working Group between officials of Uzbekistan and Kuwait in order to systematically conduct regular dialogues on migration and visa issues, in particular, to promptly resolve existing issues.
