The number of visits from France to Uzbekistan rose significantly in 2024. According to the Statistics, 23,527 French tourists visited Uzbekistan from January to December. This is 4,879 people more than in the same period last year, an increase by 26.2%.
Most Frenchmen's visits to Uzbekistan were for travel purposes - 21,023 people. While, 1,198 people landed to visit relatives, 1,174 people made business trips, 67 people arrived for commercial matters, and 65 people - to study.
The growth of tourist flow from France confirms the growing interest in the cultural heritage and attractions of Uzbekistan.
