The Cabinet of Ministers’ draft Approval of Administrative Regulations for e-applications to the Governmental Road Safety Service for obtaining an e-permit to collect motor vehicles from a penalty area Resolution has been published.
It has stipulated to transfer the Governmental service for collecting motor vehicles from a penalty area to electronic format.
It has proposed that:
- By July 31, 2025, a Governmental service for obtaining an e-permit to collect motor vehicles from a penalty area shall be made through the Unified Interactive Governmental Services Portal, Governmental Service Centers or the mobile app of the State Road Safety Service;
- Individuals and legal entities can apply to the State Road Safety Service for obtaining an e-permit to collect motor vehicles from a penalty area verbally or in writing.
The Administrative Regulation for e-application to the State Road Safety Service for obtaining an e-permit to collect motor vehicles from a penalty area shall be approved in accordance with the appendix:
- Procedure for applying for an e-permit to collect motor vehicles from a penalty area;
- Procedure for considering an application for an e-permit to collect motor vehicles from a penalty area.
The Interior Ministry, together with the Ministry of Digital Technologies, shall take measures to integrate the information systems necessary for e-applications for obtaining an e-permit to collect motor vehicles from a penalty area by July 20, 2025.
