Six-year-old boy died after being dragged by a vehicle on the afternoon of August 16 in Buvayda district of Fergana province.
According to the Road safety department of the Provincial police department, the boy rode a bicycle onto the roadway and was hit by a GAZ-3110 model.
The video footage on social networks shows that the driver tried to avoid the collision by turning left, but was unable to avoid it. The car was carrying a trailer with metal, which could have lengthened the braking distance. It dragged the boy several dozen meters.
Passersby immediately took him to the hospital. Despite the medical assistance provided, he died.
