Following the talks in Tashkent, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Finland Alexander Stubb signed a Оoint statement and oversaw the signing of a set of bilateral accords Friday:
– Agreement on development of trade and economic relations;
– Agreement on cooperation in the field of mineral extraction;
– Agreement on cooperation in the fields of geological sciences, geological prospecting, exploration for minerals and groundwater, and mining;
– Agreement on assistance in development of digital transformation, innovation, and digital connectivity;
– Agreement on cooperation in the field of social protection;
– Agreement on cooperation in the field of introducing a digital educational platform into the preschool and school education system;
– Agreement on cooperation in the fields of education, science, and innovation;
– Agreement on boosting scientific and educational potential in the field of digitalization and water resources management;
– Agreement on cooperation on climate change and environmental protection.
