President Mirziyoyev signed Measures to digitalize the tourism sector Decree Thursday. Unified National Tourism Platform and mobile app will be launched on July 1, 2026.
In particular, activation of a tourist e-SIM card and registration at the place of temporary stay of foreign tourists will be carried out proactively based on their consent, integrating data collected upon crossing the frontier.
The app will also allow users to plan a travel itinerary, select the best transport, and book and purchase tickets online for all modes of transport.
Single Ticket system will be introduced, offering online ticket purchases for all tourist attractions where ticketing has been introduced, including museums, cultural heritage sites, cultural institutions, entertainment, and leisure facilities.
Digital Guide system for excursions is also planned to be launched. It will provide information about tourist attractions via interactive maps, tablets, audio and video assistants, and online broadcasts.
Rental of dachas will be simplified—in the name of one person, indicating the number of vacationers in the "together with me" format, via the Tax Committee's Soliq mobile app.
An AI and big data analysis system will be implemented within the Unified National Tourism Platform before 2027. This system will analyze tourist flows (by category) and their preferences, create personalized routes and offers, set prices, and allocate resources. The system will be integrated with the Safe City system.
