A number of tasks have being outlined in organizing the civil service based on principles of meritocracy, integrity and professionalism.

In particular, it is envisaged that leadership and specialist civil service positions will be appointed through selections based on the career model based on qualifications.

It is also planned to reach 100% coverage of online training of civil servants through the Edu.argos.uz distance education platform. Furthermore, it is aimed to increase the ratio of civil servants using the Civil Servant mobile app to 100 percent of the total number.

In order to build the potential of personnel, the task of organizing targeted internships for a period of 1 to 6 months for at least 200 employees of ministries and departments in the fields of promising and high-demand specialties, strategic enterprises of economic sectors, as well as leading higher education institutions and research and analytical centers have been determined.
