Video footage surfaced on social media showing an unknown man with a knife ringing a doorbell of an apartment building.
The Tashkent police department said that a man O. S., 41, while being intoxicated, knocked on the door of his neighbor D. Yu. on January 5 at approximately 1:35 a.m.
Reportedly, while in a public place, he illegally carried a bladed weapon and violated public order.
The offender was swiftly arrested. The Yashnabad police department issued an administrative violation sheet against him under Petty hooliganism, Carrying a bladed weapon or objects that could be used as a bladed weapon, and Failure to comply with the lawful orders of a police officer charges of the Administrative Code.
The collected materials were sent to the Yashnabad district criminal court, which sentenced the offender to administrative arrest.
