In line with the president’s December 10, 2025 Additional measures aimed at popularizing cashless payments and reducing ration of shadow economy Decree only cashless payments shall be accepted for some items starting from April 1, 2026.
Payment for gasoline and e-vehicles charging services shall be made only via cashless payments.
That means, cash shall not be accepted at gas stations payments starting from April 1.
While, the same decree also ban purchase and sale of housing and cars for cash in the country.
