The Ministry of Justice has registered the Procedure for Distribution of Vacancies Abroad Among Private Employment Agencies Regulation (Registration Number: No. 3772, February 9, 2026).
The Regulation has defined a procedure for distribution of vacancies held by the Migration Agency from foreign-based employers and recruitment organizations among private employment agencies through an open competition.
In accordance with the document, the agency will publish information on vacancies received from foreign employers and recruitment organizations on an electronic platform. An automatic notification will be sent to personal accounts of private employment agencies on the electronic platform.
Also, the timeline for announcing quotas must be at least 5 working days. Private employment agencies may submit applications from the date of advertisement posting until the expiration of the timeline.
It has also established that the quotas would be distributed equally among private employment agencies whose applications for quotas have been approved.
