In 2025, the Antitrust Committee reviewed over 23,000 public procurements with a total initial value of 18.8 trillion soums, and found 28,300 anticompetitive actions by customers and parties in 16,100 tender procedures, the Commitee's press service reported.

Including:

  • 16,000 cases of violations of tender procedures;
  • 1,145 cases of collusive actions between parties;
  • 801 cases of unjustified disqualification of parties;
  • 8,647 cases of creating advantages for certain parties;
  • 685 cases of affiliation between parties;
  • 61 cases of affiliation between customer and parties;
  • 948 other anticompetitive actions.

According to the committee, the identified cases were investigated jointly with law enforcement and other authorized agencies.

As a result, materials on 11,400 procurements were submitted to the relevant authorities. Cases were opened for 4,708 procurements, and 714 administrative violation reports were drawn up and sent to court against officials.

Corporate customers who committed violations were fined. They were also given recommendations on how to rectify violations and prevent similar incidents in the future.

Starting in March, an AI-powered e-module is planned for public procurement, which would calculate the average market price of goods and services.
