Shortly, one governor and one minister will be dismissed from office, Shavkat Mirziyoyev said at a government meeting on January 27. However, he did not elaborated on who exeactly will be sacked.
“During the week I will announce one personnel decision. He has failed in handling the affiars,” he said about the governor.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev criticized the ministers sitting in the capital and underworking in the provinces, and then added that one of them would leave the post along with the governor.
