The President Mirziyoyev signed Measures to Further Promote Domestic and Pilgrim Tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan Decree introducing a 10-day visa-free for the nationals of Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and China, including the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau from March 1.
The nationals are eligible to enter Uzbekistan without visas subject to their holding of a return ticket or to a third country.
From January 1, 2020, for citizens of China, including the Hong Kong SAR, a visa-free travel to Uzbekistan is in effect for a period of 7 days (after the entry into force of the new decree - 10 days). Uzbekistan has established a visa-free travel for the nationals of 86 countries.
