The Deputy PM/Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade S. Umurzakov hosted the Turkish Ambassador Olgan Bekar, and discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral trade, economic, investment, transport, logistics, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
The parties also considered preparation for the visit of the Turkey’s Vice-President Fuat Oktay to Uzbekistan this week, within which it is planned to hold the 6th meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation and a business forum.
It is planned to sign a solid package of bilateral documents, the practical implementation of which will give a new impetus to the further development of Uzbek-Turkish relations.
