The government issued a decision creating Sambhram University in Jizzakh city. According to the Ministry of Justice, Sambhram University (India) is a non-governmental higher education institution which will offer IT programs.
Tuition at the University is in the form of full-time education in Uzbek, English and Russian languages on a fee basis.
The parameters of admission to bachelor's and master's degrees shall be determined by the university.
The university graduates will be awarded a diploma that is recognized as a document of higher education in Uzbekistan and India.
According to the decision, scholarships will be awarded to 20 percent of the students admitted to the University each year. While, 5% of students will receive full tuition fee aid, 5% - 50%, 10% - 25%.
