As reported earlier, the President’s draft decree on the State Program in the pursuance of the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy in the Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy has been posted for public input.
The Ministry of Energy together with the Council of Ministers of Karakalpak autonomy, provincial governor offices and the Tashkent city administration shall present to the Cabinet of Ministers:
- program for the construction of 3 thousand micro hydroelectric power station project with a total capacity of 164 megawatts in provinces in 2025-2026;
- program for installation of small solar panels in more than 27 thousand public and private facilities and 35 thousand households in 2025.
