UzAuto Motors, following the efforts with the American automaker GM, received the build in quality certificate BIQ4, the company said.
The increase in quality standards will affect all Chevrolet models without exception, for which the Asaka plant is scheduled to be closed in January 2021 to carry out modernization in production, the report said.
In parallel with this, the Chevrolet dealer network in all Uzbekistan’s provinces will also switch over to new standards.
UzAuto Motors said that the quality of service will be improved in the dealer network and higher standards of warranty services will be introduced, "the level of which will grow due to better training of personnel, the introduction of loyalty programs, a survey of customer opinions and much more."
The automaker also plans to introduce SАP (System Analysis and Program Development) software in 2021, the functionality of which will allow for more efficient organization of sales, service and marketing processes.
