Delegation of the Uzbek Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations is visiting the Republic of Korea, the Agency for External Labor Migration (AELM) sad.
The program of the visit includes meetings and talks in the government and public bodies, educational institutions and in the Gwangju city hall. Members of the delegation held meetings in the HR Department in Gwangju, in the training center for repair services of the HONAM Institute.
The main topics of meetings and talks were preparations for the opening of the AELM representative office in Gwangju city, discussion of cooperation in the field of language education for work and studying in the Republic of Korea, in particular opening training centers in Uzbekistan and cooperation in the field of training of public servants.
Another important topic of the meetings was the increasing the labour quota for Uzbekistan under the Employment Permit System (EPS), raising the Korean language proficiency among Uzbek labour migrants and allocating quotas in other sectors (public healthcare, education).
