Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov today hosted the newly appointed Argentinian Ambassador with residence in Moscow, Ricardo Ernesto Lagorio, the ministry reported.
After a brief ceremony of presenting credentials, the parties reportedly exchanged views on the ways to expand the Uzbek-Argentine dialogue in various areas, focusing on the political, trade-economic and other fields, as well as interaction within the UN and its structures.
The Ambassador congratulated Uzbekistan on the successful and constructive outcome of the Tashkent conference on Afghanistan "Peace Process, Security Cooperation and Regional Connectivityperation", which was held on March 26-27 in Tashkent.
