At the Uzbek Foreign Ministry was held a meeting with the visiting EU delegation led by Head of Working Party on Eastern Europe and Central Asia (COEST) Jutta Edthofer, the ministry said.
The sides reportedly discussed the promising areas for advancing cooperation between Uzbekistan and the EU, the implementation of previously reached agreements at various levels, focusing on the issues of drafting the Agreement on Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation between Uzbekistan and the European Union, as well as the new EU Strategy for Central Asia.
