The Joint Declaration was adopted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev and the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi following the talks in Kuksaroy. Afterwards the two leaders oversaw the signing of several other bilateral accords:
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Youth Union of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Arab Republic of Egypt on cooperation in youth affairs;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Youth and Sport on cooperation in the field of sports;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Arab Republic of Egypt on cooperation in the field of agriculture;
- Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation of the Arab Republic of Egypt signed an Intergovernmental Agreement on cooperation in the field of higher education;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of the Arab Republic of Egypt;
- Agreement between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Antiquities of the Arab Republic of Egypt on cooperation in the field of archeology, cultural heritage and museum studies;
- Intergovernmental Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income and Property and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion was signed between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov and Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Arab Republic of Egypt Amr Nassar;
- Intergovernmental Agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the Program of Cooperation for 2019/2020 and the Visa Exemption for Diplomatic Passport Holders;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the State Committee for Investments of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the General for Authority of Investments and Free Zones of the Arab Republic of Egypt in advancing of bilateral investment;
- Intergovernmental Agreement on Tourism Cooperation was signed between the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aziz Abduhakimov and Minister of Trade and Industry of of the Arab Republic of Egypt Amr Nassar.
