Strategic planning bill will be drafted in Uzbekistan. This was stated in the President’s Priority Measures to Raising the Responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers for the Effectiveness of Accomplishing Uzbekistan’s Strategic Objectives for Socio-economic Development of the Country Decree.
The draft will include the mechanisms and procedure for development of comprehensive programs for the short, medium and long-term, which provide for the development of sectors of the economy and the social sphere.
The law will also regulate the participation and interaction of state bodies and other organizations in the development of integrated development programs, their analysis, monitoring and final implementation.
