The Supervisory Board of Gazprombank decided to open a representative office in Uzbekistan, RIA Novosti said in a statement.
“Content of the decision made by the Board of Directors of Bank GPB to open a representative office of Gazprombank in the Republic of Uzbekistan. There was a quorum on the item of the agenda. The decision on the item was taken unanimously, ” the statement added.
Gazprombank is one of the largest universal financial institutions in Russia, providing banking, financial, investment products and services to corporate and private clients, financial institutions, institutional and private investors.
