Today, the Kuksaroy residence hosted the ceremony of handing over the credentials by the newly appointed Ambassadors of foreign states, the presidential press service said.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the credentials from Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Saeed Matar Al-Qemzi of the United Arab Emirates, Hamid Nayyerabadi of Iran, Nikolai Doroshenko of Ukraine, Agostino Pinna of Italy, Zehavit Ben Hillel of Israel, Syed Ali Asad Gillani of Pakistan and Manish Prabhat of India.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the ambassadors on the start of diplomatic activities in Uzbekistan and wished them success in their mission to develop bilateral relations and expand multifaceted cooperation.

The President also expressed gratitude for supporting Uzbekistan's membership in the UN Human Rights Council.
