Composite identification of citizens in the Mobile-ID system
From July 1, identification of citizens in the Mobile-ID system will be carried out at their request in a composite form (based on one application) in the process of issuing an ID card and a biometric passport for traveling abroad through public service centers.
Governmental Services Centers will help prepare procedural documents
Advisory bureaus of the Madad NGO will be created in all Governmental Services Centers. They will provide free advice and assistance in preparing procedural documents necessary for pre-trial and judicial resolution of disputes.
New business support package
For businesses launching production with well-known international brands, the following aids will be provided:
- covering of costs of implementing international standards and environmental certification;
- waiving from customs duties on all types of raw materials necessary for products produced under well-known international brands, subject to the condition of bringing the share of localization to at least 60%;
- canceling the fee for issuing confirmation of the right to carry out labor activities in Uzbekistan from attracted specialists of well-known international brands, such as technologists, designers, and marketers.
New measures to repay loans under government programs
For effective use and timely repayment of loans allocated under government programs:
- all stages of loan allocation shall be digital on electronic platforms;
- processes for monitoring credit collateral, fully or partially lifting the arrest and replacing property pledged as collateral are organized centrally through electronic platforms;
- mechanism shall be introduced to identify risks in advance using information technology by analyzing customer activities based on business plans, cash flows and other indicators.
Water supply in six cities will be handed over to the private sector
As an experiment, drinking and waste water supply in the cities of Kagan, Shirin, Yangier, Bekobod and Yangiyul is transferred to the private sector on a PPP basis.
Unified system for registering financial assistance will be introduced
Unified system for registering financial assistance and other social services is being launched. Social payments for each citizen (family) and benefits, including subsidies, services and assistance, are registered in the Social Protection IS.
All urban planning documentation will move to the geoinformation system
Urban planning geographic information system must contain the developed urban planning documentation of all settlements and design documentation of objects, as well as data on their approval and changes.
The allocation and sale of land plots through an auction shall be carried out exclusively after information about the territories in which they are located is entered into the System.
Unified Register of Business Benefits is being created
Unified Register will be kept on the website of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade, which includes:
- types of preferences and benefits for domestic and foreign investors;
- terms and procedure for their application;
- a list of responsible bodies for a particular preference and benefit.
IT grants up to 1 billion soums
To support start-up projects in the field of digital technologies for the provision of educational services in IT, the development of software products, on the basis of an annual competition held by the Technology Park of Software Products and Information Technologies, a grant allocation system is being introduced in the following areas:
- for a promising project - 150 million soums;
- for a project specializing in the local market - 300 million soums;
- for a project specializing in the global market - 1 billion soums.
