Four members of one family have died of poisoning in the Bogot district of Khorezm province, the chair of Manaviyat neighborhood, where the incident took place, reported.
The neighborhood head said the cause of death of the woman and her daughters is not yet clear. However, it is suspected that they may have been poisoned by a salad.
“The family had celebrated a birthday. The next day, the woman and her daughters ate the salad left over from the birthday party. Her husband was not at home at the time. The woman had prepared the salads herself,” the neighborhood head said.
The eldest of the girls who died is reported to have been 7 years old. The family had no children other than the three daughters.
No official information has yet been released about the incident.
